subgroup telecons?

I am currently unclear whether the intent is for subgroups to have their own
telecon's from time to time.

Or is the idea to put the subgroup business that needs to be talked about in
the main telecon?

(e.g. I think agreeing the initial phase of the test group's work needs some
phone time. Perhaps including partitioning the tasks).
