sip audio provider trouble

Hi all,
currently i am working on nuance voice web server 2.0 with sip audio
provider(insta expressa by pingtel.com),
i am not able to listen voice prompts,but i am able to listen only .wav
prompts.
if any one face this type of problem pls give the solution for this.
i am not gettiining any error message in log files also
