Check existence of class names

If a tag has an attribute 'class' with a non-existent name (e.g because of a typo),
neither Markup Validator nor CSS Validator catches this. I could not find any reports
of this omission.

I believe this is closer to Markup Validator, so I report it here.

As an example of a page using a non-existent class name, validate
http://dekasa-service.eu/prices/prspecial/

Search for <p class="nonexistantclassname">
