W3C Validation Icons

Hi

I'm interested to know if I can create my own version of the W3C 
validation icon. After-all it will still point to the validation tool 
but with the way the current icons look I feel that the quality would 
simply not be upto scratch. This would be the difference of my website 
advertising W3C or not. I was thinking along the lines of the following;
