Hi Rahul,
To be sure that the problem comes from the url then try again by replacing
with the classic http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/loose.dtd.
If it works and if this file is located on the same machine then, try
127.0.0.1 instead.
Then, maybe the problem comes from the port number..?
Or wait for the experts answers ;-)
