[VE][338] Error Message Feedback

Your validation service seems to think that the following is  wrong:
 
<a  href="?s=details&PHPSESSID=31cb47f68e4c97d049f6b76d2768cf etc
 
It doesn't seem to like the (&) sign in the url, which is  common with 
dynamic pages.
