HTML 4.01 icon

Hello, L.S.,

The valid HTML icon causes 'not supported by this service'. Some months ago,
this was not the case.

The coding behind the icon is

          alt="Valid HTML 4.01!" height="31" width="88"></a>
    </p>

you can find it, e.g., on www.stichtingcredo.nl.
When I first had this implemented, clicking on the icon checked the frame it
was defined in...
