CSS validator: language of output

Hi,

When using the CSS calidation service (which is great!), i notice the
language on the site is dutch.

As i'm dutch myself, that's not a real problem, though i do prefer english.
However, my girlfirend does not understand dutch and thus she has
difficulties understanding the page as is.

In itself it's a very good idea to serve pages in the language determined by
IP address, regional settings, or something like that. However, having a
button to go to the english version, or maybe a dropdown to select any other
language would be a great addition.
