Re: URIs in data primer draft updated & httpRange-14 background

Noah, All,

The goals of the httpRange-14 session should be:

  a. to agree to publish the URIs in data primer as a FPWD (possibly with modification)
  b. to identify & assign other follow-on action (eg creation of Community Group)

Background reading is simply the draft I indicate below, including the 'Background' section and linked documents.

I see that there's 1.5 hours in the proposed schedule, so suggest we have a rough breakdown during the session of:

  15 mins background
  60 mins document review
  15 mins discussion of other actions
