Section 1.1 Characteristics of URIs: Minor editorial

Tim,

Just taken a quick read through [1]. 

A little nit in section 1.1.1.1 (phew!):

  "Some URI schemes are used for identifying specific classes 
   of resources. For example, each TELNET URI represents a 
   telnet service and each MAILTO URI represents an electronic 
   mailbox."

The problem word "represents" occurs twice and might be better replaced with
"identifies" or "denotes".
