[w3cMediaType-1] How to Register an Media Type with IANA

Hello,

Joseph Reagle has made available a document [1]
that explains the steps for a W3C Working Group
to register a Media Type with IANA, under the
current IETF/IANA processes.

I believe that the steps are consistent with (and
more detailed than) the TAG finding "Internet Media Type 
registration, consistency of use" [2].

I propose adding a link to Joseph's document from
the finding.
