That technically works in CSS too - it parses as NUMBER(1.5)
NUMBER(.3) NUMBER(-1) COMMA NUMBER(.2) NUMBER(-.7e1) NUMBER(.2)
NUMBER(.3).

I mean, don't ever write anything like that, but it's possible.  ^_^
