Hi Chris,

Sorry, actually I am "losing packets" since a while ago. I didn't miss
the message but the original reply was rotting in my "Drafts", waiting
for me to finish it. Too much stuff going on (which is generally good,
unless one breaks down to madness during the process!). :-D

> We are also open to adding an 'all changes since First Edition' appendix, as you suggested, if you are willing to help.

I wish I had the time and energy but likely not in the the next few
months (this year got promoted to workaholic-student again)... ;-)

> Either way, please respond to this message to let us know if our resolution of your comment is acceptable to you.

Again, sorry for the delay. The original draft, slightly edited (read
"finished"), follows.

Context seems to have been lost, so I though like it was a good idea
to leave a link to the original thread [1] and to the recent reminder
about it [2]. :-)

Yeah, I also though like it would be pretty useful, reason why I
invested so much in trying to help polishing it as much as possible.
:-)

Great! :-)

Errr... The appendix I've linked to was just a modified - basically a
published copy of my local changes. Of course you can add it. :-)

> How did you generate it?

As stated, I *didn't*. I just checked out from CVS and made some local
modifications with a plain text editor. The changes are actually small
(therefore the patch to ease reviewing).

Yes, I'm interested in helping but no, I don't believe I'll be able to
(within a reasonable time frame, that is). Nevertheless, if I am (I'll
try to keep my local CVS copy updated), I'll keep sending refreshed
versions of it to www-svg. ;-)

Please just state when is the final date (or when there is one) in
order to try coordinating with everything else. Thanks! :-)

Cheers,
 Helder
