One other simple correction that I'd like to suggest is to correct

http://www.w3.org/TR/SVG/images/filters/feColorMatrix.svg

I don't know whether you need errata for this but

<feColorMatrix type="saturate" in="SourceGraphic" values="40%"/>

should be

<feColorMatrix type="saturate" in="SourceGraphic" values="0.4"/>

It is correct in the http://www.w3.org/TR/SVG/filters.html#feColorMatrix
 text.
