Hi, Robert- This list is not exhaustive; there are other things we are actively working on. But we appreciate your calling them to attention. Now that we have a published errata document and a process in place to easily update it, we can respond to errata or clarification requests with a quickness. This is something I'm currently working on. It had to take a back-burner to more pressing matters at my day job, but it's an area of specific interest to me, and I'm making time to finish this up. It involves quite a few small but widespread changes. I will try to have it included by end of next week.
