strange errors with SVG/1.1/rng

Hi

When I validate
  http://www.pinkjuice.com/howto/vimxml/pics/vimxml.svg
against
  http://www.w3.org/Graphics/SVG/1.1/rng/
I get

  error: unknown element "font-face"
   from namespace "http://www.w3.org/2000/svg"
  error: required elements missing

Other validators say the SVG would be valid against the DTD. Is the 
above issue one with the RNG or with Jing?
