CSS Variables OM

My colleague Laurent Jouanneau made an interesting comment on our
proposal CSS variables [1] (in french). Reaching the CSSRule
defining a given variable to set it is too complex. It would be
far easier to get all the variables from the stylesheet itself
and then be able to get/set/remove variables per media.
