reviewing the differences again... is "Sahidic" generally known to
be different from standard coptic?  If Sahidic conventions truly
form numbers differently from the norm, perhaps

  coptic-sahidic-lower
and
  coptic-sahidic-upper

might help resolve the convention conflicts.
