Announce: Thesis on the Semantic Web

For those who might be interested, my Ph.D. thesis titled "Towards the
Semantic Web: Knowledge Representation in a Dynamic, Distributed
Environment" is electronically available. I completed it this past
summer at the University of Maryland, College Park under the guidance of
