DAML Collection syntax

We've been processing some of the DAML example ontologies with
standard RDF tools and of course they can't handle the DAML
collection syntax.

This is a bit of pain really.  Why not use an RDF
syntax?  Is the new syntax defined - then we could
modify our parser?
