look at the sources I sent you about Dieter Fensel, you will find nearly
all what you need there. He was one of the leads in On-To-Knowledge and
he has dozens of master's thesis open in this topic.

You should check:
-ontoknowledge eu project, all actual work is somehow related to this

-Sesame server.

-ontoprise in germany, they are commercial

-intellidimension

-the RDFIG mailinglist archive.
