On a related note the OASIS ebXML Registry and Repository standard [1] is already committed to aligning our information model and service interface with RDF and OWL in our next major version of the specification (version 4). The ebXML Registry TC would like to invite the RDF community to actively collaborate with us in the definition of a "Semantic Web Server" based upon RDF, OWL and ebXML Registry. Wearing a different hat, I also lead an open source implementation of [1] called freebXML Registry [2]. The freebXML Registry team would also like to solicit participation from the semantic web community to help us implement a "Semantic Web Server".
