ISO 3166-1/2 Schema?

Greetings,

Does anyone know of an RDF schema which provides objects corresponding to
the country codes and subdivision codes outlined in ISO 3166-1:1997 and ISO
3166-2:1998?

I am building a schema which calls for geographical information in a
normative form.
