OWL ontology for OWL?

I'm not sure if this is the right place for an OWL question ...

I'm working an an OWL based content management system and I'm currently 
thinking about how to represent the OWL, RDFS and RDF constructs 
themselves. So my problem is basically how to represent OWL in itself. I 
wonder if there is an OWL ontology that describes OWL?
