Hi Mark,

I was looking over the document titles "simile demonstrator storyboard"
and starting to make a few notes when I realized it's probably obsolete
by now. What's the status of that document? Do we have a process
to finish the storyboard? I think Nick Matsakis sent you some comments,
but I'm not clear on whether it's you who's in charge of making sure we
end up with a coherent demo plan?  I'm happy to help if I can, but I want
to be sure my efforts are well-placed...
