What are the pieces of "The QA Framework"?  Is it only QAH and SpecGL?  Or 
does it also include the supporting documents, Primer, ViS, and the 
test-related Wiki stuff?

This is not a big deal.  I just need to know, for QAH text, what we 
consider to be the other components of this thing we call "The QA Framework"
