Here is some information you may find helpful for our F2F meeting next week.

1. There will be a phone available for teleconferencing. If we do not get
the Zakim Bridge, then to establish a conference call, we would need to
call each participant and connect them 1 at a time.
**Needed: phone numbers of people who want to teleconference.

2. Upon entering the NIST campus: Be prepared to show a photo ID (e.g.,
drivers license, passport), state your name and the name of the meeting
(Standards Meeting of the W3C Quality Assurance). You then park and walk
up to the front. You will be asked to show a photo ID every time you drive
onto the NIST campus.

Sandra, Mark or I will meet you in the Lobby of Building 1 and give you a
Visitor Pass. You will need this Visitor Pass and must wear it, for the
entire 3 days at NIST.

We are meeting in Building 1, Room 1103

3. If you name is NOT on this list, then you need to send me the requisite
visitor information: Lofton, Peter, Dom, Patrick, Karl, Olivier, Vanitha,
Alex

4. I will provide coffee and some type of pastry in the morning; cookies
and coffee in the afternoon. There is a cafeteria that is open from
7-1:30. We can eat there for lunch or go out.

5. Visitor information, including links to weather, local restaurants,
directions: http://www.boulder.nist.gov/visitor-info.htm Lofton will
provide local directions - how to get from the Boulderado to NIST

If you have any questions or if I missed something, please let me know.
