* Publish what you do. When you have organized your QA process and
when you are working in it inside a WG. If you publish exactly your
schedule. It will be better for you.
* Organize systems for publishing together. When you have a big spec
and/or multiple specs, decide BEFORE starting editing a system that
will help you to define what should be the steps for editing, the
format, the technologies used. Identify how your documents are
intertwingled.
* Put deadlines to your action items.
