october f2f dates decision

Olivier,

Our tentative decision is 7-8 October, Mon-Tues, for the fall Asia/Pacific 
QAWG f2f.  Could you please start investigating possible logistics for 
Japan, and report options/details either by email or at Montreal?

Note.  Someone mentioned interest in Australia was expressed, it that 
appears impractical because of lack of a local host.
