Greetings.

As you surely already know, there can be a problem for free software
developers regarding to source codes distribution concerning to section 3
of your patent policy and in example section 7 of GNU General Public
License [1]. Please re-think problematic parts and create such usuable and
good patent policy for your standarts. Thank you.
