Death of the W3C

Hi,
 
I don't think it is an understatement that sliding down the slippery
slope of RAND licensing would spell certain death for the W3C.
 
What a betrayal to all of humanity!  The W3C at least *pretended* to
represent all that was good in the way of open standards, but with this
effort it is apparent that underlying sleaze and greed on the part of
its members has crept in and corrupted the organization.
 
Please reconsider this disastrous policy.
