I would like to stand and be counted among those who would argue for the continued default acceptance of RF (Royalty Free) for licensing. The net is in it's infancy and has a long way to grow. Now is not the time to begin engraving lines in stone with the intention of having them stand the test of time when in reality we still have no idea where it's going to go. Progress is most rapid when the momentum of it's mass is not impeded by having to change directions due to a closed off path. Please think long and with great care before making any decision which would restrict freedom of access to the wonders of the internet in even the most frivolous of situations. The uniform building code does not apply license fees for specific procedures... don't allow the magnificence of the net as it now stands and the limitless of it's potential be shadowed by even the hint of such restrictions. Thank you for your time and I leave it to you to make the right decision, GreyFauk
