Dear Sir/Madam,

I fully agree with Tim Lee, Bruce Perens and Jim Bell on the position of
the Patent Policy Framework.
The W3 Should not endorse or sanction any royalty bearing licenses in
any standard.

Please do whats right for the future of a free and liberated Internet,
do not enclose the 'net in a patchwork of patent claims and lawsuits.
