Don't be insane!

What kind of JOKE is this RAND license?  The "non-discriminatory" part alone
is a falicy!  By including patented standards, you are discriminating
against ANY open source development of the standard, since such a
development would end up in court as an intellectual property theft case.
Keep the web free and open or the W3C will be replaced by a group supporting
the free and open implementation of the internet.  People already have to
pay to get ON the internet ... RAND licenses would make us pay to USE it
too!

Stick with royalty-free licenses or you'll all soon be looking for new
employment.
