The very idea that you would demand that businesses that use the web to do business pay you money to have information on the site that have registered and payed for is not only ludicrous it's insulting. Do you really think the web will go anywhere with policies like this in place. What are you really trying to do, drive smaller businesses and individuals off the web? Perhaps someone will come up with a different "Web" if you will, with the current standards and drive "Your" web out of existance. I am not going to pay a fee to show MY pictures, that I have legitimately taken with MY camera, on MY website, which I have paid for the domain rights to. Perhaps some sort of legal action will be necessary to block it. I can see a lawsuit already in progress in case you stupidly decide to do this.
