Please find attached my comments for the P3P Last Call Working Draft
of 20010924.

Comments are in yellow (the 'mnotcomment' style sheet), editorial
suggestions in bright green (the 'mnoteditorial' style sheet). Most
are in sections 2 and 4, although there is one buried in the XML
Schema.
