[MathML-Last-Call] Table of pseudo-script characters

The table of pseudo-script characters in section 7.7.2
contains some omissions and other editorial issues.

Here is the updated table:

U+00AA  FEMININE ORDINAL INDICATOR
U+00B0  DEGREE SIGN

U+2019  RIGHT SINGLE QUOTATION MARK
U+201A  SINGLE LOW-9 QUOTATION MARK
U+201B  SINGLE HIGH-REVERSED-9 QUOTATION MARK
U+201C  LEFT DOUBLE QUOTATION MARK
U+201D  RIGHT DOUBLE QUOTATION MARK
U+201E  DOUBLE LOW-9 QUOTATION MARK
U+201F  DOUBLE HIGH-REVERSED-9 QUOTATION MARK

U+2032  PRIME
U+2033  DOUBLE PRIME
U+2034  TRIPLE PRIME
U+2035  REVERSED PRIME

In addition, the characters in the Unicode Superscript and Subscript block
(U+2070 through U+2094) should be treated as pseudo-scripts when they
appear in mathematical formulas.
