I have a few more comments on the DTD and the spec.

According to the DTD the attributes in %att-sizeinfo; cannot be set on the
mstyle element. Section 3.3.4.1 of the spec suggests that this should be
possible. Adding %att-sizeinfo; to the attributes of mstyle would however
cause a DTD problem, because %att-sizeinfo; and %att-tableinfo; share the
attribute 'width'.

The last paragraph of section 3.3.4.1 might also have specified that the
rowalign attribute on the mstyle element should correspond to that attribute
of mtable, and that the columnalign and groupalign attributes on mstyle
should correspond the those attributes of mtable, mtr and mlabeledtr. At
least, that is how I would interpret it in the absence of such a
specification.

I suppose it is too late to let this apply to MathML2 2nd Ed. At least,
these comments are now archived for later reference.
