Output of Protocol Module

Hi all,

I'm getting strange results from a particular URL grab and am looking
for help in determining what might be happening.  The HTML that I
receive is scrambled relative to how it is displayed if I visit the
website through any of the popular browsers.  The output is corrupted in
both the WWW_RAW and WWW_PRESENT modes.  Is there something else I could
examine?
