Commited first cut at SSL transport for libwww

Thanks to Olga Antropova, we now have a first (but I think very good) cut
at a SSL libwww transport. It supports non-blocking access and needs the
latest fixes to the libwww code base. Please help trying it out!

It is put in a separate folder under

	libwww/Library/src/SSL/

and compiles as a small library by itself.

Check it out from CVS as described in

	http://www.w3.org/Library/cvs.html#update

and recompile as described in

	http://www.w3.org/Library/cvs.html#Easy
