I'm not sure I agree. But even if I did, there's one fact that can't be
overlooked. Places like GeoCities require that their GeoGuide banners go at
the top of the page. That is the REQUIREMENT, not a recommendation or
suggestion.
I have them on my pages there, and fortunately they only have to be on the
main entry pages (only 5 in my case). I'd hate to have to put one on every
page, since I have over 50 pages now.
