Subject: Tables draft advances to RFC

Ok, so this seems to have happened May 18, but I have only noticed it
now and I haven't seen it mentioned here yet: The tables draft has
advanced to status of RFC and been assigned the RFC number 1942. It
is available at

	http://www.ics.uci.edu/pub/ietf/html/rfc1942.txt

Too bad this draft is not yet incorporated into Wilbur. I'll look
forward to it in Cougar.
