[XHTML 2 Appendix H Stylesheet

Dear HTML Working Group,

Appendix H defines a stylesheet which it states that visual user agents MUST
use.  It then goes on to include many non-visual user agents, how can visual 
user agents use these?  Please clarify the situation for these non-visual 
properties.
