[XHTML 2 Appendix H Stylesheet

Dear HTML Working Group,

Appendix H defines a stylesheet which it states that visual user agents MUST 
use.

This is inappropriate and inaccessible, it is not appropriate to make an 
XHTML 2 family user agent non-conformant simply because it provides its 
users a large text or other accessibility reasons.

Please remove the normative reference to appendix H and make it informative.
