Implementations supporting "lazy authoring"

I am looking for XForms implementations that handle "lazy authoring"  
style. Forms should be rendered as Webapplications (HTML forms + AJAX  
+ server side validation).

So far I used Chiba Web but Chiba seems to have problems when I have  
forms without instance elements.

Does anyone know a good implementation that will fit my needs?
