Announcing the result of the wd11spec survey

Hi Dan,

I was wondering when the result of  
http://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/40318/wd11spec/results will be announced on  
public-html-wg-announce. The minutes certainly reveal some informatoin,  
but I think it would be good if the decision of the chairs was made  
explicit in a separate e-mail just like it was done for HTML Design  
Principles.
