path to last call for GRDDL; agenda sync?

I see a bunch of test maintenance stuff on the (draft) agenda before
the last call discussion.

this week, don't put stuff that's not critical path before it.

I'm not sure the spec will be ready. :-/

Do you want to try a WBS form for this last call decision? it
opens the possibility to have the transaction commit after
the telcon but before the next telcon.
