And, for the 3rd time, if you have anything other
than technical input to the design of HTML 5, please send it
to the chairs before sending it to the whole WG.

It's quite clearly a personal attack. Perhaps
you think it's justified, but to say that it
is not a personal attack when you put his
name and nothing else in the subject line
is nonsense.
