Here are the answers submitted to 'Next Steps for the RDF Data Access
Working Group' (the public) for Kendall Clark.

What additional issues/missing features should factor into rechartering

feature 1: additional protocol operations, including graph maintenance and
feature 2: standard solution for "fourth slot" queries, preferably  using
the Annnotated Logic, Annotated RDF framework proposed by VS Subrimanian
feature 3: 

What issues/features are most important to you?

1. cascaded queries (which is also my preferred solution to (b) bnodeRef)
2. service description
3. XML abstract syntax
4. update
5. query by reference
