By default, login in system Windows 2000 rus occurs to a name the
administrator, but cyrillic symbols. Amaya successfully creates all necessary
directories and files to the address c:\Program Files\AmayaWX\, but Amaya does not create
necessary directories and files to the address c:\Documents and
Settings\Администратор(i.e. Administrator)\Amaya (namely):
directorys:
0-19
annotations
libwww-cache
files:
amaya.css
list_url.dat
thot.rc
Therefore Amaya it is not started in! But if on same system and a computer we shall create
the user but the name will be latin symbols. Amaya will create all and everywhere it is
correct and it will be started.

Amaya cannot open files with names the written cyrillic symbols, and also cannot
open files in directories if names of directories are written by
cyrillic symbols.

In Russian version Amaya it is impossible to open any items of the help through the menu of the Help.
In the english version Amaya Help works correctly.

In dropping out menu Annotations there is no item and dialog Configure (and in
the russian and english version).
In previous versions Amaya all of these bugs was not.
